We are a different sort of office. Why?

• We believe we are partners in your health care and that you are responsible for your health. Our purpose is to provide you with tools, information and support in order for you to achieve and maintain your optimal health.
  
  
• W e don't believe that a 5 or 10 minute visit is sufficient (except on occasion) to achieve the purpose stated above. Most of our visits are scheduled for 30 minutes, sometimes longer.
  
  
• We believe that health starts and ends with a healthy diet and plenty of physical activity. We believe medications should be viewed as a tool and should be used appropriately.
  
  
• We believe that our attitudes and mindset are an important aspect of our health and that we each hold the power to improve our health and well being.
  
  
• W e believe that each individual is powerful.
  
  
• We believe that there are various ways to approach health. We believe that natural, alternative and complimentary systems of health are nourishing and healing.
  
  
• We believe in choice, diversity and freedom for all.
